The amazing story of the Life Essentials Study Bible continues to unfold.

This time in the heart of Africa.

Many years ago now, I had the privilege of serving as pastor to a young couple and their two young daughters. They attended the first Fellowship Bible Church I started in Dallas.

Ken was in the building business with his dad, Bob. Years passed! Eventually his father entered heaven’s gates and Ken took over the business. But eventually Ken retired and he and his wife, Linda, moved to Tyler, TX.

Then it happened! God opened another door for my Life Essentials Study Bible—this time in Uganda Africa. As I write, plans to build a Life Essential Training Center are moving forward. God is using Ken and Linda as a motivating force for this incredible project.

The purpose of the Center is to provide a place where pastors—not only from Uganda—but also from other African countries can come for biblical instruction. We’ll give each of them a copy of my Life Essentials Study Bible and then show them how to prepare messages—and to grow in their own spiritual lives.
We want you to know more about this amazing story. We would like to introduce you to Ken and Linda—and their family.
